Pastor Dale Bitterling, Director

Pastor Dale has been the Youth Pastor at Community Bible Church in Central Point since 2001 and has been the Director of SELC since June of 2008.  He is a 1986 graduate of Crater High School and a 1990 graduate of Southern Oregon State College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education with several hours of post-graduate studies in curriculum and development.  Pastor Dale taught elementary school (mostly 3^rd grade) for eleven years and has coached football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and wrestling during his career.  He was also a reserve police officer for several years.

Pastor Dale has been married to his wife, Debbie since 1989.  Debbie works at the two Medford area hospitals as a Respiratory Therapist.  They have two wonderful children: Arielle, born in 1993, and Alex, born in 1997.  As a family they like to travel, play games, camp, and watch movies.
